Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (for example beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
