How to use the kit?
As soon as you get up, consume:
- Herbal infusion: 250 ml of still water and a teaspoon of herbal infusion. It can be prepared hot or cold.
- Formula 1 Protein Shake: Mix 2 large heaped scoops of Formula 1 with 250ml of room temperature still water or semi-skimmed milk or soy drink.

Formula 1 is a balanced and tasty meal replacement; available in ten delicious powdered flavors or in convenient bars with two flavor options. Formula 1 is also available in a Free version: soy, lactose, and gluten-free. Try a different flavor every day!
