How to use it
Pour the contents of one sachet into half a glass of water (about 100 ml), stirring until dissolved. Enjoy alone or add to your favorite Formula 1 shake. If adding to a shake, stir after blending. Use liquids below 25°C to maintain the product's effectiveness. Consume once daily.*
